How to Set Up the CartFlows Weekly Store Report Email
CartFlows can send you a short weekly email report that shows how your store performed over the last seven days. It brings your revenue, orders, and visits straight to your inbox, so you can keep an eye on your funnels without logging in to WordPress.
This guide shows you how to turn the report on, choose who receives it, and what each email includes.
How the Weekly Report Works
Once the report is turned on, CartFlows prepares a summary of your store’s performance every Monday and emails it to the addresses you choose.
- CartFlows collects your sales stats from the last 7 days and the last 30 days.
- The report is emailed to each address in your list, with a personal greeting for each person.
- Every recipient can open the full report, edit funnels, or get help with one click from the email.
The report is sent for any week in which your funnels made at least one sale, so every email you receive has real numbers to review.
How to Set Up the Weekly Report
The report is part of CartFlows itself, so you can set it up in a minute from the CartFlows settings.
Step 1. From the WordPress admin, go to CartFlows and click Settings in the top menu.

Step 2. In the left sidebar, under Utilities, click Advanced.
Step 3. Turn on the Enable Store Report Email. toggle.
Step 4. In the Email Address box, enter the email address that should receive the report. To send it to more than one person, add each email address on its own line.
Step 5. Click Save Settings at the top right.

Your weekly report is now active. The first email arrives on the following Monday.
What the Weekly Report Includes
Each report opens with your revenue for the week in the subject line, followed by a quick snapshot of how your funnels performed.

Here is what you will find in each email:
- Last 7 days — Total revenue, orders placed, total visits, order bump revenue, and offer (upsell and downsell) revenue.
- Last 30 days — Your total revenue for the past month, so you can compare the week against the bigger picture.
- One thing to try this week — A practical tip to help you grow, such as adding an upsell or running an A/B test. The tip changes every week.
- Quick links — One-click buttons to view your full report, edit your funnels, browse templates, or open the CartFlows docs.
At the bottom of the email, an Unsubscribe link lets any recipient stop receiving the report.
