How to Reset CartFlows Analytics Data

Resetting a funnel’s analytics clears its stats so you can start counting again from zero. This is handy once you’ve finished testing a funnel, or after you’ve made big changes to it and want a clean view of how it performs.

To learn what each stat means, see CartFlows Advanced Analytics.

What Happens When You Reset Analytics

Reset Analytics works on one funnel at a time. When you reset a funnel:

  • Its visit data, such as views, visitors and conversions, is cleared.
  • Orders placed before the reset stop counting toward the funnel’s orders and revenue. The orders themselves stay in WooCommerce → Orders, exactly as they were.
  • The funnel’s stats start again from zero, both in the Funnel Editor and on the CartFlows → Analytics pages.

Your other funnels keep their stats as they are.

Tip: The reset happens as soon as you click the button. If you’d like a record of the current numbers, note them down or take a screenshot before you reset.
