How to Fix Endless Loading on the Checkout Page

If your CartFlows Checkout page is stuck loading and the form never appears, it’s usually caused by caching.

What Causes the Issue

This issue commonly happens when:

  • The Checkout page is cached by a plugin or server
  • A 403 error occurs due to security rules or restrictions

Caching can prevent dynamic parts of the Checkout page from working properly, which leads to endless loading or missing content.

How to Fix It

  1. Clear all cache, including browser cache, plugin cache, and any server-side caching set by your host.
  2. Temporarily disable any caching plugin you’re using and test the Checkout page again.
  3. If the issue persists, contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear any remaining cache at the server level.

If you’re seeing a 403 error, share the exact error message with your hosting provider. They may need to whitelist certain requests or adjust security settings to allow the checkout page to work correctly.
