Absolutely. All Power Coupons features work together. Customers can earn credits on orders that also have BOGO offers applied. The two systems complement each other — BOGO drives immediate sales while loyalty rewards drive repeat purchases.
Credits go through two stages: they become “pending” when the order is Processing or On-Hold, then are “confirmed” and added to the customer’s balance when the order is marked Completed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, credits are automatically reversed.
Customers click “Redeem” on the cart page or their My Account dashboard. The system deducts credits, generates a real WooCommerce coupon, and auto-applies it to their cart. The coupon is single-use, tied to their account, and expires in 24 hours.
Yes. You can rename “Credits” to anything you like (such as “Stars” or “Coins”) and customize all customer-facing messages through the Text Customization settings. Placeholders let you dynamically insert credit values and discount amounts.
Credits expiry is optional and disabled by default. When enabled, you set the expiry period in days (default: 365) and can configure automatic email warnings before credits expire. This creates urgency that motivates customers to return and redeem.
