How to Claim Access to OttoKit Pro

If you purchase CartFlows Pro, you will receive OttoKit Pro as a bonus product. This documentation explains how you can claim access based on your purchase.

Claiming Your OttoKit Pro Access

To claim your OttoKit Pro subscription:

Log in to your CartFlows account.
Go to the Your Products section from the sidebar.
Click on the Redeem Now button.
After a few minutes, you will receive an email from OttoKit with your account details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I see the claim button?

If you do not see the Redeem Now button, it is possible that you have already claimed your access. If you have not received any confirmation, please contact the OttoKit support team at [email protected].

I use OttoKit with a different email than my CartFlows account. Can I get OttoKit Pro access on my existing OttoKit account?

By default, OttoKit Pro is assigned to the email registered with your CartFlows account.

However, if you haven’t claimed your OttoKit Pro account yet, you can request an email change. Contact the OttoKit support team at [email protected], and they will assist you in updating the registered email.

How to Renew Your Expired CartFlows Pro License

If your CartFlows Pro license has expired, you can renew it easily by following the steps below.

Renewing Your Expired License

To renew your CartFlows Pro license:

Step 1: Log in to your Account

Visit the CartFlows Store and log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Go to the Subscriptions from the sidebar

Click on the Subscriptions section from the sidebar and click the Resubscribe button.

Step 3: Billing details

On the Checkout page, verify your billing information.

Step 4: Your order

Once you confirm your billing information is correct, verify the Your order section.

Step 5: Coupon and Payment method

Enter the coupon code if you have one, then choose your preferred payment method. Make sure to tick the I have read and agree to the website Terms and Conditions checkbox. Finally, click the Place Order button.

Congratulations! You have successfully renewed your CartFlows Pro license. A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your registered email address.

If you want to renew your CartFlows Pro license before the renewal date or before it expires, you can do so by following the steps below.

Renewing Your License Early

To renew your CartFlows Pro license early:

Log in to your CartFlows account.
Go to the Subscriptions from the sidebar.
Click the Renew now button.
Complete the payment process, and your license will be renewed.

What Happens After an Early Renewal?

When you renew early, your next payment date will be extended by one full billing period.

For example, if your license renews annually on May 15, 2020, and your next payment is scheduled for May 15, 2021, renewing early on November 1, 2020, will move your next payment date to May 15, 2022.
